Hi I have 25 years experience in the health and well-being sector. Holistic Therapist providing a wide range of therapies and treatments. Also a Reiki Master and energy healer. Since 2017 I have been working with Somatics and trained to become a Practitioner, and a fitness instructor for over 50's. In my spare time my hobbies include walking in the countryside, and being creative. Love sewing, crafts and art. So with many interests and experience in these areas, I have decided to teach everything I know, including digital design and how I built my own website. I do hope you enjoy my courses.
